After graduating from the University of São Paulo with a bachelor’s degree in music, Brazilian-born vocalist Beatriz Malnic joined the touring group of celebrated Brazilian artist Toquinho. During five years with the ensemble, she toured internationally and participated in numerous recordings and video productions.
After moving to the United States in 1996, Beatriz quickly became sought after as a performing and recording vocalist, pianist, teacher, arranger and choir director. Her refined musicality, warm Brazilian identity and broad professional experience make her equally suited to sophisticated lounges, concert programs and international events.
