Q is a jazz/soul/RnB singer-songwriter whose husky vocals and theatrical performances have seen her perform at an array of venues across Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom.

Having honed her skills at the National Youth Jazz Orchestra in the UK and sung at the Barbican Theatre, Q's residencies have included Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi

(2024), Shangri-La Hotel, Colombo (2023) and Galle Face Hotel, Colombo (2022). Past Private events have included shows for the ambassadors to USA, Italy, France, EU,

and the Head of UNHCR and other clients have included Colombo Fashion Week. A multi-disciplinary artist, Q is also an accomplished actress

whose credits have included the Oscar-nominated film, Water (2005), Midnight’s Children (2011) and most recently Netflix’s Funny Boy (2019). She is also

a model who has been included in fashion editorials for international magazines like L'Officiel Italia and Cosmopolitan Sri Lanka.
