Vlada began studying piano at the age of five and trained in the Soviet classical tradition. At fifteen, she moved to Kyiv to continue her studies at the R. Glier Kyiv Institute of Music.
Her international hotel career began in Turkey before taking her to Shangri-La Doha, Four Seasons Bahrain, Madinat Jumeirah, St. Regis Doha, Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah, Rixos Premium, Hyatt Regency and Four Seasons Jumeirah Beach.
