James & Black
There is a quality in truly soulful music that cannot be manufactured. James & Black builds its sound around that feeling—the emotional honesty associated with artists such as Otis Redding, Nina Simone, Marvin Gaye and Etta James.
The group describes its music as Guerrilla Soul, reflecting an unconventional and adaptable approach to performance. Their sound moves freely between soul, blues and rhythm while maintaining a strong personal identity.
With extensive touring experience and a direct connection with audiences, James & Black delivers a warm, powerful and memorable live show wherever the music takes them.
